Shipping Policy

Wild Ride Clothing Company products are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand fulfilment partner.

Production Time

As our garments are printed especially for each order, please allow approximately 1–6 business days for production before your order is dispatched.

Delivery to Australia

Once dispatched, delivery generally takes approximately 5–15 business days.

Please note that production and delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be longer due to peak periods, public holidays, customs, carrier delays or circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available so you can follow your delivery.

Shipping Costs

Any applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Multiple Packages

In some circumstances, products from the same order may be fulfilled separately and arrive in more than one package.

Incorrect Addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, the delivery address may not be able to be changed.

Delayed, Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order is significantly delayed, lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact Wild Ride Clothing Company with your order number and details of the issue so we can investigate.
